- Remote areas may take 5–7 business days

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
- We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan
- Please ensure your phone number is active for order confirmation
- Orders may be cancelled if not confirmed via call/WhatsApp
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number
- You can track your order through the courier service website
6. Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:
- The courier may attempt delivery again
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery
7. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service issues
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof
- We will assist with replacement or refund as per policy
