  • Remote areas may take 5–7 business days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan
  • Please ensure your phone number is active for order confirmation
  • Orders may be cancelled if not confirmed via call/WhatsApp

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number
  • You can track your order through the courier service website

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:
    • The courier may attempt delivery again
    • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery

7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof
  • We will assist with replacement or refund as per policy

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping (you can update this later if needed)
